Our Approach
Too many agricultural operations lack the organizational structure that other industries take for granted. Blueprint Ag. exists to change that.
We provide the knowledge, tools, advisory, and management that operators need to better understand their business and build proper operational infrastructure.
What We Believe

The Team
Zach + Kacie Scherler-Abney
Co-FoundersKacie is a fifth-generation farmer and rancher from southwest Oklahoma. Zach grew up in Uganda before moving to Portland and then Arkansas with zero farming experience. We connected while both working remotely for nonprofits based in Uganda, got married in 2018, and moved back to fix up a house on Kacie's family farm.
Shortly after, Kacie was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease (MOG Antibody). In a desperate attempt to heal, she started the Autoimmune Protocol diet, and we immediately noticed a difference. The problem was we couldn't find protein that met our standards locally. So we decided to raise what we needed ourselves, using regenerative practices. That became Re:Farm.
Today we manage our own farm and ranch, alongside operations for other landowners, family offices, and land funds. Blueprint Ag. grew out of everything we learned building these operations from the ground up.
